Established in the 1980s, Pan Country Driving Centre Pte Ltd (PCDC) is among Singapore’s pioneering driving institutions. The centre is located at 2 Woodlands Industrial Park E4, Singapore 757387, within the Singapore Safety Driving Centre Building on Level 3. Initially offering training for Class 3, 4, and 5 vehicles, PCDC has since specialized in heavy vehicle instruction to meet market demands. Their fleet has expanded from a few vehicles to over 40, including lorries and cranes. The centre employs more than twenty well-trained and experienced driving instructors who have grown with the company over the years.
In July 2010, PCDC formed a strategic partnership with Singapore Safety Driving Centre Ltd (SSDC) for heavy vehicle training, co-locating within SSDC’s Woodlands facility. This collaboration provides PCDC students access to SSDC’s amenities, such as complimentary shuttle services to and from Admiralty MRT Station and an in-house cafeteria.
